SKINSINDIA SOLUTIONS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. We understand that circumstances change, and we're committed to providing fair and transparent policies for all our services.

Quick Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 6-8 business days, ensuring you receive your money back promptly.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 General Cancellations

  • Timeframe: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order.
  • Processing Status: Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping or service delivery.
  • Service Initiation: For digital services (hosting, development, AI services), cancellation may not be possible once setup or development has begun.

1.2 Non-Cancellable Items

SKINSINDIA SOLUTIONS does not accept cancellation requests for:

  • Custom development work that has been initiated
  • Domain registrations (as per ICANN policies)
  • SSL certificates once issued
  • Licenses that have been activated
  • Perishable items or time-sensitive services

1.3 How to Cancel

  1. Email us at contact@skinsindiasolutions.in with your order details
  2. Include your order ID and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the cancellation status

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refund or replacement can be made in the following circumstances:

  • Quality Issues: If the customer establishes that the quality of product or service delivered is not as promised or is defective.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of receipt.
  • Service Discrepancies: If the product or service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, report within 1-2 days of receiving the product/service.

2.2 Refund Process

  1. Report Issue: Contact our Customer Service team with detailed description and evidence (screenshots, photos, etc.) within 1-2 days.
  2. Investigation: Our team and/or the merchant will check and determine the validity of the claim at their own end.
  3. Decision: The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  4. Processing: Once approved by SKINSINDIA SOLUTIONS, it'll take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

2.3 Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • For bank transfers, please provide accurate bank details
  • For card payments, refund will be credited to the same card
  • For UPI payments, refund will be sent to the same UPI ID

3. Service-Specific Policies

3.1 Web Hosting Services

  • Monthly plans: Cancellable with pro-rated refund if cancelled within first 7 days
  • Annual plans: 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers
  • No refund for used bandwidth or storage beyond allocated limits

3.2 Development Services

  • Milestone-based refunds: Only for uncompleted milestones
  • Custom code/design work: Non-refundable once delivered
  • Maintenance contracts: Pro-rated refund for unused period

3.3 AI & Automation Services

  • Setup fees: Non-refundable once configuration begins
  • Monthly subscriptions: No refund for partial month usage
  • API credits: Non-refundable once consumed

3.4 Products with Manufacturer Warranty

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them. We will assist in facilitating the warranty claim process.

4. Important Notes

  • Documentation: Please keep all receipts, order confirmations, and communication for reference during cancellation/refund requests.
  • False Claims: Any false or fraudulent claims may result in denial of refund and termination of services.
  • Force Majeure: No refunds for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.).
  • Third-Party Services: For services provided by third parties through our platform, their respective cancellation and refund policies may apply.
  • Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds based on usage, time elapsed, or services rendered.
